Policy Outreach

Knight Immigration utilizes the various liaison options to advance case processing, such as the AILA liaison, the Ombudsman office, and working with Congressional offices. The attorneys at Knight Immigration also readily contribute to agency and congressional policy by participating in notice-and-comment opportunities and providing legal memoranda to government officials pertaining to immigration policy.
